• Your nickname (Individual application only)
• Your organization (Not required for individual)*
• Your website name
• Your monthly website page views*
• Your phone number
• Your country*
• Your social media accounts - Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, Other
• What games your team plays (Team only)*
• How many players are on your team (Team only)*
• Be able to describe how you will be able to promote Tesoro products*
• Be able to describe the type of sponsorship you are looking for*
• Be able to describe what differentiates your team from others (Team only)*
• List all current sponsors - if any*
• Ability to upload a presentation if you have one
• Your monthly views and who your audience is (Individual and event only)*
• Why you should be sponsored (Individual and event only)*
